Vacuum Hardening

Vacuum hardening is a heat treatment process used to increase the hardness of a steel in using a vacuum furnace. The key advantage of our hardening process is the use of high-quality furnaces from France, equipped with a rotating flow quenching system, which allows a precise control of the quenching direction (fixed direction or continuously moving direction) to match the characteristics of the work piece. We can obtain a uniform hardness within the parts with no risk of distortion or deformation.

The process can be adjusted to a pressure ranging from 2 to 10 bar using nitrogen or nitrogen with hydrogen or argon gases, ensuring appropriate or most demanding cooling rates for various types of workpieces. Additionally, a diffusion pump system may be used to ensure the best brightness of the workpiece's surface. Vacuum hardening process is suitable for production parts, molds, dies, tools, various machinery parts and precision parts that require high mechanical properties and finished surface quality.

Vacuum Tempering

Vacuum tempering is a heat treatment process that adjusts finally the mechanical properties such as toughness and hardness of a steel to reduce its brittleness and internal stresses after the quenching process. The key advantage of ourtempering process is the use of high-quality furnaces from France, equipped with an innovative, reliable and very homogeneous convection system which can reduce the heating time and give excellent mechanical properties to the parts. The resulting work piece will have a clean and oxidation free surface.
