Right of shareholders to propose the Agenda and Nominees to be elected as Director in advance for the 2024 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders

According to the good corporate governance regarding the equitable treatment of shareholders, Sahamit Machinery Public Company Limited would like to invite the shareholders to propose the agenda and candidates to be considered for the election as the Company’s directors in the 2024 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders which is scheduled in April 2024. The submitting period is from now until January 31 , 2024 as follows.
